At FORL, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or hygienic items (e.g., pet grooming tools), cannot be returned.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange a product, contact us at info@forlpetstore.com with your order number and details.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
